This means that Robi will think you are sitting on the website (robi.com.bd) all day, but you are traveling around the world through secret tunnels. And your data is not charged. In this case, your data is being used properly, your operator also knows that you are using GB data above GB, but the system is also allowing you to do so because you are browsing their free website in their eyes.
So using VPN you can use free net only if that operator has any such free server. Moreover, VPN is not able to provide free internet by itself. Many operators sell social packs at much lower prices.
